Key Responsibilities

1. Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or complaints.
Make outbound calls to generate sales, follow up on leads, or conduct surveys.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-friendly tone throughout interactions.

2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
Resolve customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a polite and empathetic approach while handling irate customers.

3. Data Entry & Call Documentation

Record customer details, feedback, and complaints in the database.
Update CRM systems with call logs, transaction details, and customer interactions.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance, complaints, and resolutions.

4. Sales & Lead Generation (If Applicable)

Promote products/services and encourage customers to make purchases.
Convert leads into potential customers by explaining benefits and offers.
Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
