Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.

Promote and sell the company’s products or services through phone calls.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.

Data Management:

Accurately log all customer interactions, complaints, and queries in the CRM system.

Update customer records with new information and follow up as needed.

Ensure accurate documentation of all calls and sales activities.

Customer Support:

Provide solutions and support for customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Maintain a positive attitude and professionally handle all customer interactions.

Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance with billing, services, or product-related problems.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback regarding their experience with the company’s products or services.

Provide insights and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Ensure accurate information is provided to customers at all times.

Call Center Targets:

Work toward meeting KPIs, call quotas, and other performance metrics.

Consistently strive to achieve or exceed targets related to call handling time, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to address customer issues and improve service.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
