Key Responsibilities:

Outbound/Inbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a provided calling list or CRM system.

Answer inbound calls in a polite, professional manner and address customer inquiries or concerns.

Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.

Customer Engagement:

Build a rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable services or solutions.

Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

Gather and document customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary.

Data Management and Reporting:

Record customer interactions, call details, and outcomes accurately in the CRM or database system.

Submit daily/weekly reports on call status, feedback received, leads generated, or targets achieved.

Sales Support (If Applicable):

Convert leads into potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Work with the sales or marketing team to help meet campaign objectives.

Learning and Development:

Attend virtual training sessions to understand product details, customer handling techniques, and calling etiquette.

Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills.
