Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls related to customer service, product support, sales, or lead generation. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction

Make outbound calls or attend incoming calls to/from customers based on the campaign or process requirements.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, or support requests.

Handle customer queries with clarity, empathy, and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
2. Process Adherence

Follow calling scripts and process guidelines during customer interaction.

Ensure all interactions comply with quality and data privacy standards.

Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems or internal records after each conversation.
3. Lead Generation / Sales (if applicable)

Call prospective customers to explain product features, pricing, and benefits.

Convince customers to buy services/products or schedule follow-up appointments.

Handle objections and close sales over the phone where applicable.
4. Escalations and Support

Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors or relevant departments when needed.

Assist in resolving basic technical, billing, or account-related issues (in support-based roles).
5. Reporting and Documentation

Record feedback from calls, note customer preferences, and log call outcomes.

Submit daily, weekly, or monthly call reports as per team norms.

Track and follow up on leads or pending customer queries.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication in English and/or regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)

Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Excel, CRM systems)

Confidence in speaking over the phone and handling various customer types

Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
