Job Description

 In this role, you will assist customers in achieving their investment goals through tele calling and personalized support within our contact center. This is a target-based position where your skills will directly contribute to our users' financial success.

Job Location: Bangalore 

Qualifications: 
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of various investment products and risk management strategies
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Industry certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus 

Good to Have Skills: 
• Prior experience in selling financial products such as mutual funds or insurance
