Job Summary:
As a Telesales Executive at Lokankara Business Solutions, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets through outbound and inbound calls. This role requires a results-driven approach, good communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Work closely with the HR and Sales teams to align with company objectives.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
0–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (Freshers can apply).
Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/[Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
