Process Trainer:
  • Job Openings For Process Trainer in G7CR
  • We are looking for a Candidates for the post of Trainer Product, Process & Soft skill.
Criteria:
  • The candidate should have minimum of 6 months experience as Trainer.
  • Should possess a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
  • Efficient, Self-motivated, Organized
  • Languages : {  English & Hindi } ,  {English ,Kannda }
  • 6 days working
Job Description:
  • Conduct process training for new hires, up skill training for existing/new products or refresher training
  • Maintains and shares training reports on time.
  • Conduct training need analysis and prepare/execute the plan to close any gap
  • Create training content and modify the existing training content on regular basis
  • Improve team capabilities through coaching and mentoring
  • Quality Audits and planning refresher training basis TNIs
  • Relevant experience will be an added advantage
