Process Trainer:
- Job Openings For Process Trainer in G7CR
- We are looking for a Candidates for the post of Trainer Product, Process & Soft skill.
- The candidate should have minimum of 6 months experience as Trainer.
- Should possess a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
- Efficient, Self-motivated, Organized
- Languages : { English & Hindi } , {English ,Kannda }
- 6 days working
- Conduct process training for new hires, up skill training for existing/new products or refresher training
- Maintains and shares training reports on time.
- Conduct training need analysis and prepare/execute the plan to close any gap
- Create training content and modify the existing training content on regular basis
- Improve team capabilities through coaching and mentoring
- Quality Audits and planning refresher training basis TNIs
- Relevant experience will be an added advantage
