Education: Minimum HSC/PUC or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years in a BPO or customer service role (Freshers welcome).

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency in English (regional language a plus).

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
