Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for productivity and quality.

  • Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum HSC/PUC or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: 0–2 years in a BPO or customer service role (Freshers welcome).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

    • Proficiency in English (regional language a plus).

    • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

    • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
