Job Description
We Are Hiring – BPO Voice Process Executive
Work Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction – Inbound Process
-
Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Listen carefully to understand the customer’s query or concern.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
-
Log and document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
-
Escalate complex queries to senior team members or relevant departments.
2. Customer Interaction – Outbound Process
-
Make outbound calls to customers for sales, service updates, payment reminders, feedback collection, or follow-ups.

Pitch company products or services in a persuasive but ethical manner.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where required.

Conduct telephonic surveys to collect market or customer data.
3. Issue Resolution
-
Troubleshoot customer issues by providing step-by-step solutions.

Offer alternative solutions if the initial resolution is not feasible.

Ensure problems are resolved within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
4. Data Entry and Documentation
-
Record all call details, feedback, and outcomes accurately in the system.

Maintain call logs and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
-
Update customer profiles with the latest information.
5. Quality and Compliance
-
Adhere to company call scripts and communication guidelines.
-
Follow compliance protocols, including data protection and privacy regulations.

Maintain a professional tone and demeanor, even in challenging situations.

Meet or exceed call quality benchmarks set by the company.
6. Performance Targets
-
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales conversion, or customer satisfaction scores.

Participate in team huddles and performance review sessions.
-
Work towards continuous improvement in call handling time and resolution rate.
