Urgently hiring for BPO voice jobs where you need to speak Tamil.
You'll answer or make calls to customers in Tamil. Both freshers (no experience) and experienced people can apply. It's a full-time, office-based job, usually during the day.
Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of BPO Voice Process Executive – Tamil Speaking. The primary responsibility is to handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls in Tamil, providing timely and effective support or service to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Tamil, basic English understanding, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries or complaints via phone calls in Tamil and provide accurate information or solutions.

Make outbound calls for sales, service follow-ups, collections, or surveys, depending on the campaign.

Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone throughout all interactions.

Enter call details, customer feedback, and case notes into the CRM system or call log sheets.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor and follow up on pending cases.

Meet daily or weekly call volume, quality, and resolution targets.

Adhere to company scripts, call handling procedures, and compliance regulations.

Work collaboratively with team members and report progress during shift handovers or meetings.
Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in Tamil (Speaking and Listening is mandatory)

Basic understanding of English (for reading scripts or updating systems)

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong listening skills and ability to handle pressure calmly

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, navigation through systems or CRMs)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends (if applicable)
