We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our BPO Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound or outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Both domestic and international process openings available.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Address customer queries, issues, and concerns promptly and accurately

Maintain call logs and update customer records

Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Good verbal communication skills in English

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in voice-based BPO preferred

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night shifts)
