Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Voice Support

Receive incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service requests, billing issues, or technical support.

Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or escalate issues to technical teams if needed.

Maintain a polite and professional tone throughout the conversation.
2. Outbound Voice Support

Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers for lead generation, customer verification, feedback collection, or sales.

Follow a predefined script or sales pitch and adjust based on customer response.

Achieve daily or weekly call targets set by the process manager or client.

Convince or upsell relevant services and document the interaction outcomes.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport and trust with customers during the call.

Handle difficult or irate customers patiently and calmly.

Provide after-call support by sending confirmation emails, raising tickets, or sharing FAQs.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Data Entry & Call Logging

Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up requirements in the CRM system.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer records and account information.

Update databases with call outcomes, lead status, and action taken.
5. Team Coordination and Communication

Communicate regularly with supervisors about call trends, recurring issues, and process improvements.

Participate in team huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Provide feedback on call scripts and customer pain points for process optimization.
6. Adherence to Process and Policies

Follow company and client-specific protocols and scripts.

Adhere to call handling time, quality parameters, and compliance standards.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional ethics during all working hours.

Ensure complete privacy and security of customer information, following data protection laws.
