Job Summary:
We are looking for a BPO Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will interact with customers, answer their queries, resolve issues, and provide correct information in a polite and professional manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

Required Skills:

Good verbal communication skills in English (and regional language if required)

Good listening and problem-solving skills
Qualification:

Minimum: 12th pass / Any graduate

Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years experience in BPO voice process
