Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Voice-Based Customer Interaction
Handle inbound or outbound calls for customer support, sales, or service-related functions, depending on the project.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Resolve complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide guidance or troubleshooting support to customers, if working in a technical process.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments or escalate issues as necessary.
Sales & Lead Generation (for Outbound/Up-selling Roles)
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales conversions.
Call Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Enter customer details, call notes, and relevant outcomes into the CRM system or internal tools.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to team leaders or managers.
Adherence to Quality & Compliance
Follow call scripts, protocols, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and client-specific processes.
Participate in call quality audits and implement feedback for improvement.
Handle confidential information with integrity and in accordance with data protection standards.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team targets.
Share feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance communication skills and process knowledge.
Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and customer service best practices
