Following up with customers to ensure complete resolution.

Maintaining Call Quality

Adhering to quality parameters set by the organization.

Using polite and professional language during customer interactions.

Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Meeting Performance Targets

Achieving individual and team-based targets such as average handling time (AHT), first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).

Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in delivering service.

Data Management and Documentation

Logging call details, customer queries, and resolutions accurately in the system.
