Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.

  • Provide customer support, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Follow call scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.

  • Meet targets for call handling, quality, and productivity.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

  • Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

  • Prior BPO/voice process experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
