We're Hiring! Join Our Team at Span core
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication & Support
-
Answer inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries effectively.
-
Make outbound calls to generate leads, sell products, or conduct surveys.
-
Maintain a polite, positive, and empathetic tone while interacting with customers.
-
Explain products, services, or processes in a clear and concise manner.
2. Problem-Solving & Query Resolution
-
Identify customer concerns and provide accurate solutions within defined timelines.
-
Escalate complex cases to team leaders or supervisors when necessary.
-
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
3. Sales & Upselling (Process-Specific)
-
Promote products and services during customer interactions.
-
Convert inquiries into sales opportunities where applicable.
-
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
4. Data Management & Reporting
-
Update customer details and interaction notes in the CRM system.
-
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and resolution statuses.
-
Generate reports on call volume, query trends, and customer feedback.
5. Process Adherence & Compliance
-
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and call scripts where required.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, security guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
