Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling Customer Calls
-
Manage inbound calls from customers and assist them with their queries.

Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or service-related requirements.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Address customer issues promptly and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.
2. Providing Excellent Customer Service
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
-
Ensure a friendly and polite tone during every conversation.
-
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism when handling customer concerns.

Work towards achieving high customer satisfaction scores by delivering effective solutions.
3. Call Documentation and Reporting
-
Record details of every customer interaction in the company database or CRM system.
-
Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, complaints, and resolutions.

Submit daily reports on calls handled, issues resolved, and escalations made.
4. Meeting Performance Targets
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by the company.
-
Ensure high levels of First Call Resolution (FCR) to minimize follow-up calls.
-
Work towards improving Quality Assurance (QA) scores and customer feedback ratings.
-
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance performance.
5. Team Collaboration
-
Coordinate with team leaders, quality analysts, and trainers for process improvement.

Share feedback with supervisors regarding customer issues and process challenges.

Assist new team members by sharing insights and best practices when required.
