Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support
-
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
-
Understand customer queries, issues, and requirements.
-
Provide accurate and relevant information to resolve concerns.
-
Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers.
2. Issue Resolution
-
Escalate unresolved queries to senior executives or team leaders.
-
Follow standard SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for problem-solving.
-
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring quick turnaround times.
3. Sales & Lead Generation (if applicable)
-
Promote company products and services during outbound calls.
-
Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Accurately record call details, customer feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems.
-
Update customer databases regularly for future reference.
-
Prepare reports for team leaders and managers on customer satisfaction levels.
5. Process Adherence & Compliance
-
Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts while interacting with customers.
-
Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times.
-
Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
