Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, billing, or policies.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain a polite and empathetic tone, even when dealing with difficult customers.
2. Problem Resolution

Listen carefully to customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Ensure follow-up calls/emails are made to confirm customer satisfaction.
3. Sales & Promotion (Outbound)
-
Contact potential customers to promote company products or services.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
4. Process Adherence
-
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for call handling.
-
Meet quality standards such as call handling time, accuracy, and compliance.
-
Ensure conversations align with company guidelines and policies.
5. Data Entry & Documentation
-
Accurately record details of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-
Update databases with call outcomes, feedback, and customer information.
-
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
6. Performance Metrics
-
Meet daily/weekly targets for number of calls, sales conversions, or resolutions.

Achieve defined KPIs like Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
