Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and polite manner.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

Address customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude throughout the conversation.
2. Query Resolution
-
Assist customers by providing product/service-related information.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
3. Data Management & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Update customer details and status in the CRM or call management system.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call reports when required.
4. Sales & Lead Generation (If Applicable)

Promote products and services to customers during calls.

Convert inquiries into sales or appointments.

Meet and exceed assigned sales and call targets.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
-
Follow company guidelines, call scripts, and communication protocols.
-
Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and compliance policies.

Ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism in customer communication.
6. Performance Monitoring
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call handling targets.

Improve customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication.

Provide feedback to team leaders to enhance overall service quality.
