Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction – Inbound Calls

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

Understand customer needs, concerns, or complaints and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.

Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, account information, or technical issues.

Follow standard call scripts, procedures, and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Customer Interaction – Outbound Calls

Make outbound calls to customers for service follow-ups, surveys, lead generation, verification, or promotional purposes.

Clearly communicate product offerings, pricing, or service details to customers.

Convince or convert potential leads into interested prospects when applicable.

Update customer status and call outcomes accurately in CRM or call tracking systems.
Issue Resolution and Escalation

Troubleshoot problems based on customer complaints or feedback and offer first-level resolution.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or higher technical teams when needed.

Ensure follow-up on open issues or service requests until they are resolved.
Data Entry and Documentation

Maintain detailed call records, customer interaction notes, and issue logs in the CRM system or call software.

Update customer information as required, ensuring accuracy and data privacy.

Record call outcomes, comments, and action items for reporting and process improvement.
Adherence to Process and Quality Standards

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call targets, such as call volume, resolution rate, or customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies, scripts, call handling guidelines, and data protection regulations.

Participate in training sessions, quality assessments, and team briefings to enhance performance.
Skills and Competencies

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and confident verbal communication in English or regional language, as required.
