Key Responsibilities

Handling Customer Calls

Respond to incoming customer calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers as required.

Handle high volumes of calls while maintaining call quality and professionalism.

Record details of conversations accurately in the system.

Providing Effective Solutions

Listen actively to customers to understand their issues or inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or service-related issues effectively and efficiently.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when needed.

Offer appropriate solutions or alternatives within defined time limits.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain a courteous and helpful tone at all times.

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

Follow-up on unresolved issues or callbacks as per service level agreements (SLAs).

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

Achieving Targets and KPIs
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to customer handling, resolution rate, first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time (AHT), quality score, and call abandonment rate.

Participate in coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and training programs to improve performance.

Compliance and Data Security

Follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.

Ensure customer data confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.

Avoid unauthorized disclosures of sensitive company or customer information.
