Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Customer Query Resolution:

Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance.
Data Management & Reporting:

Update customer information in the CRM system.

Document call details and resolutions for future reference.

Generate daily reports on call performance and feedback.
Sales & Upselling:

Promote products/services and achieve sales targets.

Offer relevant add-ons or upgrades to customers.
