Job Description

We are looking for an Branch Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks. Branch Accountant responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Billing & Invoicing
Payables Management
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
Debit Note/Credit Note
Import/Export Documentation
Customer Correspondence
Banking Correspondence
Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
Accounts Finalization
Prepares and maintains various monthly schedules
Manages monthly bank reconciliations for branch bank accounts
Book and account for depreciation of fixed assets
Reconcile general ledger balances to sub-account balances on a monthly basis
Formulates budget vs. actual analysis narrative monthly
