This position is for an Experiential Marketing & Events Company which is in its growth phase.
Role: Branch Co ordinator - South

Key Responsibilities :

The selected candidate will have to be instrumental in setting up a proper functional branch in Chennai.
Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; monitoring vendor costs, billings etc.
Take initiatives proactively to implement projects and close them as required to ensure that the workplace enhances workplace efficiency in a cost effective manner.
Lead and guide the production team across various locations.

Role Requirements ( Qualifications & Skills) :

He / She should a minimum of 2 years experience in handling corporate clients in Chennai.
1 to 2 years of experience in concept selling or media selling or space selling would be preferable.
Even banquet sales experience would be eligible to apply.
Minimum of 50% in Graduation without any gap in education.
Any other Diploma or Degree would be a bonus.
Strong negotiation skills
Aware of changes taking places around the world of technology and Production setups nationally and internationally
Should have a strong vendor base
Organized and strong in Planning
Team player
Multi-tasking & execution ability, ability to work under pressure
Should be proficient in English/Tamil/Hindi and good communication skills
Fluent in use of MS Office
Experience in preparing Event Budget, Contracts Handling etc
Proactive & enthusiastic
Position is based out of Chennai but the person should be willing to travel out of Chennai to work on projects.
