Branch Credit Manager – Mumbai(Borivali)

Delinquency Resulting from Underwriting Quality

Ensure quality in underwriting to minimize delinquency in sanctioned cases in the respective branch/ cluster

Processing/ sanction/ disbursal efficiency (AR; TAT & Productivity)

1) Adherence to targeted approval rate at Branch. Weightage- 30%

2) Adherence to targeted end to end turnaround times at Branch for sanction. Weightage - 30%

3) Adherence to productivity targeted in terms of number of files processed / sanctioned / disbursed. Weightage - 25%

4) As per the rolled out disbursement target for mapped branches. Weightage -15%

Adherence to credit policy & process, Audit Report, resolution of Audit queries, Kastle process adherence  & Data quality

1. Performance demonstrated in comprehensive & independent evaluation of files as per credit policy and ensuring authenticity and completeness for loans as per delegation matrix and compliance to deviation matrix.

2. Compliance to Kastle processes and completeness and quality of data input in Kastle

Learning & Training

a) Ensure that the team is trained on allotted job role and new core business system/ ATS to existing & new employees.

b) Initiatives/ trainings undertaken for capability building of credit officers; sales/ DST  & CPAs at Hub / branch
