Ensure all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed
Manage, train and motivate staff to deliver world-class service

Expertise & Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate degree essential along with CAIIB (Optional), NISM, IRDA

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Scope and target customers in your catchment in collaboration with Product/Sales support

2. Customer Service

Ensure service quality
Resolve complaints accurately

3. Operations

Conduct internal checks on a regular basis
Ensure process checks relating to vaults are conducted
Responsible for sys-admin and setup within the branch

4. Audit and Service Quality

Ensure adherence to all processes stipulated by Audit and Senior Management
Monthly / Periodic Verification of Auditable items at branches
Daily review of reports at branch
Ensure satisfactory audit at the branch

5. Staff Management

Ensure adequate training of staff on all products, processes and services of the bank
Increase awareness of various policies of the bank with regard to customer service and compliance
