Job Responsibilities
· Manage complete branch and sales
· Handle all counselors within the branch
· Plan and implement new strategies for the branch to improve sales
· Achieve branch target set by company
· Help Counselors to achieve their target to achieve branch targets
· Report to General Manager
· Engage in promotion and sales activities
· Attend training sessions and webinars
Eligibility
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in study abroad & Migration
· Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in sales
· Good Communication skill
· Leadership quality
