Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient functioning.

Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Monitor branch activities to minimize risks, losses, and inefficiencies.

Ensure all administrative, financial, and security protocols are followed.
2. Team Leadership and Staff Development
-
Supervise, train, and support branch staff, including sales executives, customer service representatives, and operational personnel.

Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Conduct staff meetings, appraisals, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Foster a positive and productive team environment.
3. Sales and Business Development

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and grow customer base.

Identify new business opportunities within the local market.

Support and drive sales initiatives, cross-selling, and up-selling efforts.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust plans accordingly.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints professionally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and community stakeholders.

Promote a customer-first culture throughout the branch.
5. Financial Oversight

Prepare and monitor the branch budget, operating expenses, and profitability.

Ensure accurate cash handling, transaction recording, and daily reconciliation.

Maintain reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and financials.
6. Reporting and Coordination

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management on operations, sales, and targets.

Collaborate with head office and other branches to ensure policy consistency and goal alignment.

Coordinate with other departments such as HR, marketing, logistics, and finance when needed.
