Job Description of Branch Manager Overall Responsibilities

 Responsible for overseeing the Branch operations, including Business Development, Customer Care, and Profitability.

 Provide Strong Leadership to the Branch Team by setting Performance Goals, creating Development Plans, and assigning Job Responsibilities.

 Ensure that the profitability of AMC Revenue adequately covers overall branch expenses. Sales Responsibilities

 Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in Sales and achieve the Targets.

 Find new business opportunities, create effective marketing and sales campaigns to promote ESCON's Vertical Transportation Products, and grow the customer base.

Installation Responsibilities

 Ensure timely completion of Installation works with Client satisfaction as per the set Targets.

 Responsible for development of In house Team and reliable Sub Contractor base. Maintenance Responsibilities

 Achieve Commercial / Technical Targets by providing efficient service to the Customers.

 Ensure that Preventive Maintenance and Repair works are completed on-time as per the agreement.

MOD Responsibilities

 Identify and pursue Business Opportunities in the Elevator Modernization market through market research, networking, and lead generation.

 Lead and motivate the MOD team by providing guidance, training, and support to achieve 3rd party Modernization Sales targets.

Billing and Collection Responsibilities

 Responsible for on-time billing and ensure timely follow-up and receipt of payments.

 Ensure that there is no penalty to the company.

Manpower Management

 Responsible for Team Recruitment, Motivation, Training, Development and Attrition Control.

 Conduct periodic ‘Performance Appraisal’ of team members and guide them to improve their performance.

Miscellaneous Activities

 Ensure achievement of client satisfaction by prompt response to customer issues.

 Ensure that software / database are updated on time and used effectively.

 Ensure to provide necessary Reports.

Requirements:

 Qualification: Diploma / Graduate

 Experience: 15 to 20 years of Branch Management with Leadership responsibilities

 CTC: 15 to 30 Lakhs per annum (Based on Branch size & Candidates experience)
