We are hiring proactive and customer-oriented Branch Relationship Executives to join our financial services team. You will act as the face of the branch, driving business growth by promoting banking products, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
We are hiring proactive and customer-oriented Branch Relationship Executives to join our financial services team. You will act as the face of the branch, driving business growth by promoting banking products, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, and other financial services to walk-in customers and targeted leads.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, assist with documentation/data entry, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with clients to promote loyalty and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure all activities comply with bank regulations and policies.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a banking environment (Freshers are welcome).
- Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel), and strong convincing skills.
- Age Limit: Typically between 20 to 35 years.
