Job Description

Manage the team ensuring business targets are met.

Manage the recruitment of Sales Persons.

Develop & Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Provide training to sales team.

Provide regular performance report to senior management.

Analyzing customer needs and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Explaining banking and insurance products and processes to customers.

Assisting customers in choosing the most appropriate financial products.

Knowing banking and insurance policies to offer the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Manage a portfolio of existing customers and build long-term relationships to maximize client value.
Serve as a dedicated relationship point at the branch for walk-in and referred customers.
Proactively contact clients for regular financial reviews and follow-ups on services or concerns.
Provide customized product recommendations based on customer needs and risk appetite.

Business Development:

Source new customers through referrals, walk-ins, and local market networking.
Promote and cross-sell financial products including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans (personal, home, auto), insurance, credit cards, and investment products (MF, SIPs).
Achieve individual and branch-level sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Organize customer outreach programs, local events, or seminars to attract prospective clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Identify business opportunities within the existing customer base and increase wallet share.
Track daily sales calls, cold calls, and client meetings to convert leads into sales.
Participate in campaigns designed to push specific products or seasonal offerings.
Ensure high conversion ratios and quality business with low delinquency.

Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

Address customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service issues, transaction delays, or escalations.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and minimize customer attrition.

Branch Coordination and Reporting:

Work closely with branch operations, credit, and product teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
Maintain daily call logs, visit reports, and sales updates using CRM tools or internal systems.
Report key client feedback, market trends, and competitor intelligence to supervisors.
