- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of home loans sales targets.
- Hire / Train and motivate the Sales teams for achieving budgets.
- Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.
- Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.
- Educate & enhance the awareness of the company's products.
- Ensuring highest levels of Customer Service delivery.
- Unique Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.
- Taking care of all process and related escalations.
- Experience: 3 + Years of experience in home loans products.
- Education / Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation / MBA
- Should have competent knowledge in home loan market is must.
