In this role, you will report to the Head of Public Relations.
Responsibilities:-
In this role, you will report to the Head of Public Relations.
Engaging with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
Representing our brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives
Acting as a subject matter expert for our brand
Communicating with potential investors
Responding to customer questions and concerns in-person, by phone, and via social media
Promoting our brand via our social media accounts
Recording customer feedback and relaying them to the marketing team
Attending events outside of office hours
