We are looking for a Creative mindset with attention to detail and Brand-focused individual who can manage customer data, builds relationships, and boosts retention using CRM software (like Salesforce/HubSpot) by handling inquiries, running campaigns, analyzing data for insights, and coordinating with sales/marketing to improve the entire customer journey, ensuring satisfaction from lead to post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactive Client Outreach: Execute daily outbound call campaigns to follow up with customers who previously visited the shop
Data Maintenance: Update all customer interactions, contact details, and status in the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with leads and potential customers
Record and manage customer interactions
Appointment Setting: Successfully convert phone conversations into confirmed in-store appointments for the sales team.
Feedback Collection: Conduct 'voice of the customer' surveys to understand why a client hasn't returned and report these insights to management to improve store operations.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Interpersonal: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
