What You'll Do:

•  Strategic Planning - Management of the annual planning process for the brand including strategic plan development and tactical plan development across various ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Agency coordination – As the custodian for Gradeup brand, you will be responsible for working with external agencies and internal teams to ensure the brand guidelines are met and there is coherency across various manifestations 
• Internal Branding – You’ll need tomake a compelling story using faculty promotion, student testimonials, and product features to ensure every good deed we do, is highlighted.
• Brand Collaborations and influencers– Partner with Bands like TVF, RVCJ Media, and Production houses for brand integration in their respective videos and series/movies

What You'll Need:

• A degree in Marketing and Branding, Mass Communication, Engineering or MBA from Tier I collage
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Brand Manager with Digital Brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical approach to problems
• Experience in producing high quality and good impact ATL, BTL and digital campaigns
