Job Description -
This internship is designed for individuals who want to learn sales, lead generation, and brand partnerships in a high-growth environment. The first 2 months will be focused on pure outreach and research, followed by progressive exposure to brand calls, pitching, and managing accounts.
This is a high-volume execution role that requires resilience, discipline, and process-following with zero deviation.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Research 30–40 D2C brands daily across LinkedIn/Instagram.
Execute 50+ cold outreach messages every day.
Identify decision-makers and gather complete brand data.
Maintain CRM entries with 100% accuracy.
Submit daily outreach and performance reports.
Generate 15–20 qualified leads per week.
Maintain a 3%+ response rate consistently.
Shadow brand partnership calls and learn TBM’s pitch framework.
Assist in creating pitch decks and proposals.
Handle early-stage inbound leads independently.
Execute briefs, track deliverables, and maintain client communication.
Qualifications -
Strong numerical and analytical ability.
Process-driven execution with high consistency and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication with zero-error messaging across all platforms.
High resilience and coachability, especially during high-volume outreach and rejection cycles.
