Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) invites applications for the position of Apprentice
Training Courses were conducted at the Technical Training Center, Wadala to develop skilled and efficient manpower for the Department of Transport Engineering as per the statutory provisions under the Apprentice Candidates Act, 1961/1973. As per the Apprentice Candidates Act, 1961, trainees are recruited in the following recognized occupations in BEST.
1. Position: Apprentice
2. Minimum educational qualification:
a) Passed 10th (50% marks) S.C. S.T. (45% marks)
b) I.T.I. Passed
c) Passed 12th MCVC
d) Passed 10th (50% marks) S.C. S.T. (45% marks)
e) Passed ITI
f) Passed 12th MCVC
g) Passed ITI
h) Passed 12th MCVC
i) Passed 10th (50% marks) S.C. S.T. (45% marks)
j) Passed 10th (50% marks) S.C. S.T. (45% marks)
3. Training allowance:
a) First years: Rs.7101 per month
b) 2nd year: Rs.8115 per month
c) 3rd year: Rs.9130 per month
4. Training period: One - Two years
