Job Description
KRA: Broadband Gross Adds
• Dedicated online lead fulfilment fleet stationed at Airtel store; reporting to store manager
• Broadband champion will receive all the excess leads (from poor L2A XFEs & Leads beyond
XFE’s daily capacity)
• Broadband champion will call the leads assigned & take appointment from customers within
15 mins
• Broadband champion will visit the customer & pitch broadband & black propositions to cross-
sell/up-sell
• Broadband champion is expected to achieve >20% L2A with 75 monthly GADs
