Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule device pickup appointments with customers
- Travel to customer locations promptly and courteously
- Verify return requests and collect devices securely
- Ensure safe transport of collected devices to designated service hubs
- Maintain real-time updates via mobile app (Warrantify/partner interface)
Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
- Good understanding of local routes and navigation
- Basic smartphone literacy for status updates
- Punctual, polite, and customer-service oriented
- Prior delivery/logistics experience preferred (but not mandatory)
