Qualification: The applicant must possess a B.E/B.Tech degree from a recognized engineering college/ university in anyone of the following disciplines. i Telecommunication, ii. Electronics, iii. Radio, iv. Computer, v. Electrical. vi. IT (Information Technology) vii. Instrumentation OR M.Sc (Electronics)/M.Sc.(Computer Science) from a recognized institution/university

Diploma Holder in Engineering Technician Apprentice
Qualification: The applicant must possess Three years Engineering Diploma in Telecommunication/Electronics/Electrical/Radio/Computer Engineering ,Instrumentation, Information Technology from a Central Govt./State Govt. recognized institution or B.Sc (Electronics)/(Computer Science) in Electronics from a recognized institution/university.

The Circle Head Quarter is at Panbazar, Guwahati-781001. CGMT is assisted by Sr.GM(NWP-CFA &IT), GM(Fin), GM(S&M), GM(EB&Biz Plg), GM(NW Plg-CM), GM(NW Opn-CM), GM(HR/Admn). In addition, the GMs in-charge of the 7(seven) Telecom Districts (SSA) also report to the CGM at Circle Office.
