BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- b2c sales, inbound & outbound
- Making outbound calls on enquiries made
- Listening to their complaints
- Suggesting & Cross selling one of the paid services
- Explaining the procedure that will be followed by complaint redressal
- Sharing of proposal & follow up for fee deposit
- Attending inbound calls of consumer for new complaints
- Following the same procedure
- Customer service to the clientele and ensuring all client queries are answered by closing leads
- Reporting the same in excel
- Knowledge of MS-office
- Telephone Etiquette
- Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
- Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
- Strong communication skills and the ability to fluently communicate in Hindi/English - verbal and written
- Convincing ability
- Leads would be provided by the company
- Target is 40 closures in a month
- Incentives is Rs. 100 per closure on the completion of target
- Experience: 0 - 2 years
- Timings: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
- Working days: Mon to Sat
- Take home salary: up to 2.40 Lac p.a. (fixed) plus incentives
- CTC: up to 3.16 Lac p.a. (including benefits)
- Education: Undergraduate/Postgraduate
- Location: Noida
