Voice Process Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide accurate and efficient assistance.

Answer queries related to products or services, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and professional communication.

Issue Resolution:

Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or senior management.

Data Entry & Documentation:

Record customer interactions, details of queries, and resolutions in the system accurately.

Update customer information and ensure proper follow-up on unresolved issues.

Meeting Performance Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with other teams (technical, sales, etc.) to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.

Chat Process Responsibilities:

Real-Time Customer Support:

Provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat, addressing their queries, issues, and concerns.

Offer detailed product or service information, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Maintaining Professionalism:

Maintain a professional and friendly tone during chat interactions while ensuring prompt and clear communication.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in responses provided to customers.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of all customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure data is logged accurately.

Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve customer service processes.
