Job Description
Location: Malad/Bhayandar
Experience: 06months-1year
Weekoff: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary: 25k In-hand (Depend on prior experience)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Database Management:

Source large volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, WhatsApp groups, and walk-in drives.

Maintain and update candidate databases using Excel or recruitment management software.

Leverage both digital and offline sourcing strategies to tap into the right talent pool.
2. Screening and Shortlisting:
-
Conduct initial screenings via phone or in person to evaluate candidates based on job criteria.

Shortlist applicants based on education, work experience, language skills, and job readiness.

Ensure documentation and identity verification are completed during the shortlisting process.
3. Interview Coordination and Selection:
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients at various locations.

Conduct face-to-face, virtual, or telephonic interviews for bulk hiring drives.

Organize recruitment camps, walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
4. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
-
Coordinate with client HR teams or internal hiring managers to understand job roles, requirements, and timelines.

Provide daily or weekly recruitment reports and updates.
-
Take feedback from the client or internal stakeholders post-interviews and follow up on offer rollouts.
5. Onboarding and Documentation:

Support candidates in completing joining formalities including ID checks, document submission, and contract signing.

Ensure all onboarding documents are collected, verified, and stored accurately.

Help candidates understand the job role, working hours, salary structure, and company policies.
6. Hiring Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report recruitment performance such as number of candidates sourced, shortlisted, selected, and joined.

Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and suggest improvements.

Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and client satisfaction goals.
7. Candidate Engagement and Retention Support:

Stay in touch with selected candidates until their joining to prevent dropouts.

Address candidate queries about the job, location, or offer before onboarding.

Support post-joining engagement activities like orientation or grievance redressal if required.
