Introduction
A Bulk SMS and Email Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and monitoring bulk messaging and email campaigns to promote products, services, or offers to existing and potential customers. The role involves managing contact databases, crafting compelling content, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring high delivery and open rates.
This position is ideal for candidates with knowledge of bulk messaging tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bulk SMS Campaign Management

Plan and execute bulk SMS campaigns to target customers, prospects, or leads.

Draft short, clear, and engaging SMS content for promotions, offers, reminders, and updates.

Segment customer lists based on location, purchase history, and preferences.

Use bulk SMS platforms like MSG91, Textlocal, Kaleyra, Fast2SMS, or Exotel for campaign delivery.

Ensure high SMS delivery rates and minimize bounce or failed messages.
2. Email Marketing Campaigns

Design, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and product updates.

Write personalized and impactful email content with catchy subject lines and call-to-actions (CTAs).

Create visually appealing emails using platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to measure success.

Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations and GDPR guidelines.
3. Database Management

Build, clean, and maintain customer contact lists for bulk SMS and email campaigns.

Remove inactive, duplicate, or invalid numbers and email IDs from the database.

Segment contacts into relevant categories for personalized targeting.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Requirements
Educational Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
