Job Description

We are looking for a contractor to join ServiceNow for a 6 month project, with the possibility of extending beyond that. This individual would partner closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to build a rules engine to automate the chargeback validation process for credit card disputes. The goal is this role is to translate documented/ written rules into a rules engine that can be used by financial institutions to drive further automation in their disputes management processes.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of the credit card disputes process
Strong understanding of the card network rules published by Visa and Mastercard as it relates to the disputes/ chargeback process
Strong technical aptitude to translate network rules into technical requirements (including business logic, rules engines, SLAs, etc.) to help automate the charge process and validations
Ability to configure logic on a low code platform. (Note: coding not required)
Knowledge of banking system architecture around this process is a plus
Knowledge of non-card disputes processes is a plus
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform is a plus
