Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
2. Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
3. Perform research and analysis in support of operations
4. Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
5. Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
6. Help launch new initiatives
7. Perform additional projects upon request

Requirements:

1. Business administration or related major
2. Experience with Microsoft Office
3. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
