Job Description
This banking project contains Backend structure of banking in which we are monitoring multiple services like Fixed Deposit (FD), Recurring deposit (RD), Aadhar, Account, Scheduler, Customer maintenance etc. for which we use elastic Search, kibana, Oracle sql, postman, Kubemetes. • Expertise in Kibana For live Logs monitoring. • Skilled in Elastic Search for querying and using filter to check service logs. • Hands on Experience with Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform (OCP) for managing pods, deployments. • Proficient in incident management. RCA and deployment Support. • Exposure to Jenkins (CI/CD pipeline), GIT and JIRA Ticketing Tool. • Working experience in Insurance and BFSI Domain. Monitor Applications & Services: • Continuously monitor application health, performance, and service availability using tools like Kibana, Elasticsearch, and custom dashboards. • Incident Management: • Respond to production issues, outages, and alerts promptly. • Investigate root causes, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution. • Log Analysis & Troubleshooting: • Analyze logs and system behavior using Kibana, Oracle SQL, or other tools to debug and resolve issues across services like FD, RD, Aadhaar, and Account modules. • Service Maintenance & Support: • Provide L1/L2 support for deployed services and scheduled jobs (e.g.. Scheduler service). • Work with developers and infrastructure teams to deploy patches and updates. • Environment Management: • Support Kubemetes deployments, container health, and environment configurations across dev, test, and production environments. • Client & Stakeholder Communication: • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users for issue updates and impact analysis. • Report & Dashboard Creation: • Generate service monitoring reports and visualizations (e.g., pie charts) in Kibana for • operational review. • Participate in deployment activities, smoke testing, and post-deployment validations.
