POSITION DESCRIPTION:
JOB TITLE: Business Analyst (International Process)
REPORTS TO: Relationship Manager
HIERARCHY LEVEL: Secondary
ACCOUNTABILITY:There would be a responsibility of discussing financial planning with the clients from Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia. Sharing the right financial decision with them.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:v Contribute to financial planning by undertaking trends analysis on financial projections & financial risks management.
v Coordinating the clients for understanding their needs building a healthy relationship with them.
v Selling the financial services & creating new prospects on daily basis.
v Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits & taking care of the client renewals.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:v Proficient communication & convincing skills.
v Good at planning & organizational skills.
v Good at problem-solving skills.
v Aware of the financial market conditions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must have Post - Graduation completed as a minimum desired qualification. If the result is awaited then also the application can be accepted.
Preference would be given to the candidates belonging to Financial or Commerce background.
SALARY STRUCTURE:Fresher & experienced both candidates may apply to the aforesaid position. No Salary bar for deserving candidates.
In case of experience from similar industry, up to 30% hike can be provided with the basis for the interview.
